A sensory journey through Seychelles
The new all-day dining space is inspired by the story of the Seychelles — its nature, its people, and the explorers who first arrived by sea. It’s designed to feel like a natural extension of the island, where the outdoors blends gently into the indoors, and the colonial architecture inspiration blends in- high ceilings, wooden beams stained in white —softening it with natural textures like wood, rattan, and stone which is also a mark of the island, creating a relaxed, warm space.
The Creole culture of the Seychelles comes through in the colors and materials: earthy tones, ocean blues, tropical greens, and lively patterns in the floors and fabrics that reflect local craft and spirit.
Throughout the day, the space adapts easily — bright and breezy in the morning, cozy and intimate by night. It’s a place where guests feel at ease, surrounded by nature, local culture, and thoughtful design.
This is more than a dining room. It’s a gentle journey — a place where every detail tells a part of the Seychelles story.
